Lifetime Warranty
Overview
- Weiter provides a lifetime warranty for each display, ensuring it is free from defects in material and workmanship.
- We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or product modifications.
Exclusions
- Products left outside for extended periods: Our products are not currently rated for outdoor use.
- Lost or stolen items: This includes any items lost in natural or man-made disasters.

Warranty Claims
To begin a warranty claim, print and fill out our Warranty Claim Form. Then follow the instructions below for shipping.
To expedite the process, email us at info@weiter-mfg.com to let us know the items are on the way. Please include a copy of the Warranty Claim Form as well as a tracking number if available.
Note: We will not issue replacement items until we have received the damaged items.
Need a replacement right away?
You have the option to purchase new bins on our website, or by reaching out to us at info@weiter-mfg.com. Later, we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the damaged items. Please contact us before doing so to ensure a smooth process.
Shipping
- Prepare for shipping: Ensure the returned items are secure and cannot shift inside the package.
- Include relevant information: Enclose a filled out copy of the Warranty Claim Form.

- Shipping Recommendations: We recommend that you insure your package and use a trackable shipping method. This will protect against potential damage or loss by the carrier. Note that any loss during shipping to or from our facility is not covered by our warranty.
FAQ
Will Weiter pay for shipping to their facility?
No. Weiter will not cover shipping costs to our facility. However, we will cover all expenses to ship the new items to you.
Can I submit a photo of my damaged display instead of shipping the product?
No. The original product is required to validate a warranty claim for replacement.
However, we do like seeing pictures of the damage prior to shipping so we can better understand the failure and ensure it doesn't happen again. Feel free to send any images to info@weiter-mfg.com
